Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your plan benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and no further action is required on your part.
When your subscription expires or is cancelled, your account automatically reverts to the free plan. Any listings that exceed the free plan limit will be paused (not deleted) and can be reactivated when you resubscribe. Your boost tokens are retained and remain available regardless of your subscription status.
No, there are no setup fees, hidden charges, or contracts. You only pay the advertised subscription price or token package cost. Our free plan is genuinely free with no trial period or credit card required to get started.
Tokens are a virtual currency on MatchzClassified that you can use to boost your listings to the top of search results. You can purchase tokens in packages or receive them as part of a paid subscription plan. When you boost a listing, you choose a duration (1 day for 5 tokens, 3 days for 12 tokens, or 7 days for 25 tokens), and your listing is prominently displayed at the top of relevant search results for that period.
Refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted within fourteen days of the initial purchase, in accordance with UK consumer regulations. Tokens that have already been used for boosts are non-refundable. Unused token packages may be eligible for a refund within fourteen days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team through the contact page.
Boosting uses tokens to push your listing to the top of search results for a set duration, giving it increased visibility among browsers actively searching in your category and location. Featured listings appear in the dedicated "Featured" section on the homepage and category pages. Some subscription plans include featuring as a built-in benefit, while boosting is always token-based and gives you on-demand control over your listing visibility.
Yes, purchased tokens never expire and remain in your account until used, as long as your account is in good standing. Tokens included with subscription plans also carry over between billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, any remaining tokens (both purchased and included) stay in your account and can be used at any time.
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. When you upgrade, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period and immediately gain access to the new plan benefits. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you continue to enjoy your existing plan until then.

Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe using TLS encryption and are never stored on our servers.
